I came in for a a chain resizing on my bike and left with a tune up that would make a Tour de France cyclist weep. Matt walked me through the entire warranty process and properly handled the mistakes that the previous bike tech made on the original purchase. Refreshingly competent, and overqualified for his retail job, get this man a raise and make him employee of the year. 🙏

The manager‘s name is Tyler. Very helpful and informative. Professional good guy. Matthew is in the back corner and manages the bike and accessories. Very professional bike, mechanic and knowledgeable about anything to do with bikes. For the most part, the staff upfront is friendly and helpful. System manager is also excellent. No problems with the store whatsoever. Although I will recommend that you find what you like in the store, but buy it online and have it delivered to the store or to your home. The prices are significantly lower if you purchase them online. But the store has everything if you need it in a hurry and you want to see what it is that you might purchase online. Seeing it in person makes a big difference before an online purchase. Very convenient to have most of your items shipped directly to your local store, in this case the Gainesville store. They have a large pick up area right by the front entrance. They always seem eager to help this store has been a surprise and definitely a good experience. I only had one bad experience. But later that same person was much friendlier and even exceptionally helpful. People have bad days.

I ordered last week a pair of HOKA shoes but couldn’t find my size and had to order it online. George helped me with it and I have to say he went above and beyond with my purchase. I was short of time and had to leave before finishing the order, and he managed my personal information very professional and called me when the order was finally processed. I also got the shoes today. Thank you George!

I ordered a canopy tent online but not the frame so I came to the Gainesville location in order to get one and also make sure it would fit properly. I went up to a lady named Chanel who was more than willing to help me. She went above and beyond by even helping me set up the tent to make sure it did fit. I didn’t feel as if I was being an inconvenience or anything. She was genuine. Definitely grateful for the experience created
